Beach photo poses

01Walk the shoreline
Take a short step on firm sand. Carry sandals low, catch the shirt edge, and look along the shore with shoulders relaxed.
Camera 1×, waist height, 3 m ahead. Include toes and sandals; level the horizon and use low side light.
Stay away from breaking waves.

02Gather your hair
Weight on one leg, the other foot lightly crossed. Hold your bun with both hands, open your elbows, and glance sideways.
Camera 1×, waist height, 3 m away. Include both elbows and feet; soft side light keeps the face readable.
Keep feet apart for balance. Stay on the open path, clear of dune plants.

03Rest your hands along your shin
Sit with knees bent on a diagonal. Lay both hands along the nearer shin, soften your shoulders, and look down.
Camera 1×, just above seated eye level, 2 m away. Keep the front foot in frame; pale-blue water, peach sunset.

04Lean back on the sand
Sit with knees bent and feet resting on sand. Support a small lean with one palm, drape the other over a knee, and face the horizon.
Camera 1×, seated eye level, 2 m away. Include the supporting hand and feet; shoot in soft sunset light.
Sit upright if the supporting wrist feels uncomfortable.
