Terms for using Figurista

Figurista is intended to help you create pose guides and related visual planning tools. You must use the app lawfully and only for personal or internal creative use unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to the sign-in method connected to your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security issues, or violations of these terms.

You retain rights to the photos and content you upload, but you grant Figurista the rights needed to host, process, analyze, and deliver the product to you. You may only upload content that you have the right to use.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not try to reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the app or related systems.
• Do not misuse purchases, credits, promotions, or support processes.

Digital purchases made in the mobile app are processed through the relevant app store. Credits are consumable digital items used inside Figurista. Except where required by law or the app store’s rules, purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable.

You can request account deletion from within the app. When you do, product data may be removed immediately and final account deletion may complete after a retention window needed for security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

Figurista is provided on an evolving basis. We may modify features, pricing, limits, or availability over time. We may also update these terms, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.

To the extent allowed by law, Figurista is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
