How Figurista handles your data

• Account information you provide, such as your email address or sign-in details.
• Photos, scene images, and outfit images that you upload or capture in the app.
• App usage information needed to operate the product, such as generation requests, saved guides, and credit balances.
• Transaction and purchase status information from the App Store, Google Play, and Adapty so we can grant credits and manage purchases.
• Basic device, usage, analytics, and diagnostic information used for security, performance, debugging, and product improvement.

• To generate and deliver pose guides and related outputs.
• To save your people, outfits, and guides across sessions.
• To process purchases, grant credits, prevent fraud, and keep the app secure.
• To improve product quality, reliability, and customer support.

The images you capture or upload are used to analyze your scene, understand clothing and subject details, and generate custom guides. We do not sell your photos. We may process them through trusted service providers that help us store data, run the app, and generate results.

Figurista does not collect face data as a separate category of information and does not use face recognition, face detection, biometric identification, face templates, faceprints, or facial-geometry measurement. If a photo you choose to upload or capture includes your face, we treat it only as part of the photo you provided and use the photo only to create and deliver pose guides and related outputs. We do not extract or store biometric identifiers or facial-geometry data. Photos may be processed by hosting, storage, analytics and diagnostics, and AI generation service providers on our behalf.

We may share limited information with vendors that help operate Figurista, including providers for hosting, authentication, app-store purchase management, analytics and diagnostics, storage, and AI generation. They may only use the data as needed to provide services on our behalf.

Mobile purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google Play, depending on your device. We use Adapty to manage paywall configuration, purchase status, and entitlement delivery. We do not store your full payment card details. We receive transaction-related information needed to confirm purchases, grant credits, prevent fraud, and handle support issues.

We use analytics and diagnostic tools, including PostHog, to understand app usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve Figurista. These tools may process identifiers, device information, app events, and crash or performance information.

We retain account data, uploaded content, and generated guides for as long as needed to provide the app and support legitimate business and security needs. When you request account deletion, uploaded photos, scene images, outfit images, saved guides, and related generated outputs are deleted from active app storage, and final account deletion is scheduled to complete within 30 days. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

• You can choose whether to grant camera and photo library permissions.
• You can request account deletion from within the app and contact us for privacy questions or support.

Figurista is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
