How to delete your Figurista account

This page explains how Figurista users can request account deletion, what happens when deletion starts, and what data may remain during the final deletion window.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to your Figurista account.
Open the Account screen.
Select Delete account.
Review the two confirmation prompts and confirm the deletion request.

What is deleted when the request starts

Uploaded photos, scene images, and saved product images.
Saved people, outfits, guides, and related generated outputs.
Credits, credit balances, and in-app product data tied to the account.
Onboarding responses and related saved profile state used in the app.

What may remain temporarily

After the request starts, Figurista may keep limited account, authentication, or deletion-request records for up to 30 days while the final deletion process completes. This retention window may be used for security, fraud prevention, operational, or legal reasons.

When deletion is final

Your access to the app is blocked once deletion begins. Final account deletion is scheduled to complete within 30 days after the request is submitted.
